If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return goods
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can also use the model form in the Terms and Conditions - this is not obligatory.
- We will confirm by email that we have received your request.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of your request to: termometrwifi.pl, Katarzyna Gałkowska, ul. Heliosa 29B/1, 80-180 Kowale, Poland. Pack them so that they are not damaged in transit.
- You pay the cost of sending the goods back. For large items (e.g. smokers) we can give you an estimated return cost on request.
Refund
We will refund all payments, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest delivery method offered), no later than 14 days after receiving your request - using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them.
Exchange
Would you like a different model or variant? Return the goods as described above and place a new order.
Faulty goods
If the goods are damaged or do not work, this is not a return but a faulty goods claim - email us at [email protected]. We cover the cost of repair or replacement. Details are in the Terms and Conditions, § 7.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications. The full rules are set out in the Terms and Conditions, § 9.
